Chicken Adobo

Chicken was simmered in a broth of garlic cloves, cracked black pepper and a bay leaf. After chicken was cooked – a dash of shoyu, apple cider vinegar and a few teaspoons of sugar. Simmered another hour . . . Cliff was very impressed . . .
