Polenta, Braised Pot Roast & Kale

Polenta was stirred into boiled water and milk. Marscarpone cheese and butter added before serving.
Kale sauteed with diced white onion and olive oil.
Pot Roast braised in beef stock and root vegetables (kohlrabi, burdock, carrots) . . .
